BIBS Denmark is founded and located in Denmark where we also have our production, warehouse and administration. This means our work at BIBS is taking place due to CET (UTC +01:00) and our respons to inquiries can be expected within the normal working hours of CET. If you reach out to us over the weekend we will try answer you as quickly as we can in the start of the next week.

If you have issues regarding an order from our webshop www.bibsworld.com please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to help you and solve whatever issue you may have regarding orders, products, shopping experience and so on.
