By shopping on bibsworld.com, you agree to our terms and conditions. These apply to all purchases made on the webshop. BIBS Denmark ApS (CVR: 37218146) is responsible for the webshop, and we recommend that you read the terms carefully as they may change over time.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will see the total shipping costs at checkout. For more details about shipping, including when you qualify for free shipping, please visit our Shipping & Returns page

Payment options
We accept payment via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Maestro. The amount will not be charged to your account until your order has been dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been completed.

Subscription Services
We offer subscriptions on selected products. To create a subscription, you must purchase a minimum of 3 products. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees. Cancellation can be done via your account or by contacting our customer service at care@bibsworld.com.

Returns and Complaints
To return a product, you must use our Return Portal, which you can access [here]. In the portal, you can request a return and purchase a return label, where the cost of return shipping will be calculated and charged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at care@bibsworld.com. In the event of an error on our part, we will send you a new correct item at no extra cost, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded
For most markets, we offer the option to purchase a return label through our Return Portal – and you are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping.
Please note that for the following markets, you cannot purchase a return label via our Return Portal: Australia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Ukraine, Slovakia, Switzerland, Serbia, and the UK.
In these countries, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping label.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed as we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery.
Please note that failure to collect your order from the delivery point does not constitute a cancellation.
When you choose not to pick up your order from the delivery point, you are not entitled to a refund for the shipping cost.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at care@bibsworld.com.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. You must pay for the return shipping cost if the order has already been sent.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@bibsworld.com, including photos of the damaged package and or item. Photo documentation is a requirement for processing the return. We will address your complaint as soon as possible, and in the case of an error on our part, the original shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
