By shopping on bibsworld.com, you agree to our terms and conditions. These apply to all purchases made on the webshop. BIBS Denmark ApS (CVR: 37218146) is responsible for the webshop, and we recommend that you read the terms carefully as they may change over time.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will see the total shipping costs at checkout. For more details about shipping, including qualification for free shipping, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Payment options
We accept payment via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and many others. The amount will not be charged to your account until your order has been dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been completed.
Subscription Services
We offer subscription on selected products. To create a subscription, you must purchase a minimum of 3 products. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees. Cancellation can be done via your account or by contacting our customer service at care@bibsworld.com.
Return Instructions
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Return Label Options:
For most markets, you can purchase a return label through our Return Portal.
You can also choose to arrange your own return shipping.
Visit Our Return Portal.
Use the portal to request a return and purchase a return shipping label. The cost will be calculated during this process.
Special Markets:
In the following countries, you cannot purchase a return label via the. Return Portal. You must arrange and pay for your own return shipping:
Australia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Ukraine, Slovakia, Switzerland, Serbia, United Kingdom.

We recommend obtaining a track-and-trace number when returning products. BIBS Denmark ApS reserves the right to withhold the refund for up to 14 days after the products have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Please note: We can only return funds to the original payment method and we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, follow the returns process, and place a new order for the desired product.
Customs Fees for Non-EU Customers
If your shipping address is outside the European Union (EU), you are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon the arrival of your order. These charges vary depending on your country's regulations and are not included in the total cost of your order at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed as we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Please note that failure to collect your order from the delivery point does not constitute a cancellation. If you choose not to pick up your order from the delivery point, you are not entitled to a refund for the shipping cost.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, please contact us at care@bibsworld.com.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at care@bibsworld.com, including photos of the damaged package and or item. Photo documentation is a requirement for processing the return.
We will address your complaint as soon as possible, and in the event of an error on our part, you may choose either a refund or a replacement product.
Liability and Disclaimer
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of products without notice. We strive to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
