INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before first use sterilize the soother by putting it into boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool down. The soothers can get water into the teat because of the vent hole. Simply squeeze the teat gently to remove the water. This is to ensure hygiene.
Clean and sterilize the soothers before each use by scalding. Do not use cleaning products or dishwasher as it will break down the teat. Never dip the teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay. Renew the soother after using it for 4-6 weeks for safety and hygiene reasons. In the event that the soother becomes lodged in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC;
it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible.
The teat is made from silicone or natural rubber latex. Teats produced from natural rubber latex can provide an allergic reaction to some children. Do not use a soother that has changed color or presents irregularities. A natural rubber latex teat can expand slightly when used. Always monitor the baby when using a soother.
WARNING!
- Inspect carefully before each use.
- Pull the soother in all directions.
- Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.
- Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN 12586.
- Never attach other ribbons or cords to a soother, your child can be strangled by them.
- Do not leave a soother in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or leave in disinfectant (“sterilising solution”) for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
