For more than 20 years, US-based ‘Room to Grow’ has provided a three-year program to support families raising babies born into low-income circumstances. Families in their program develop strategies to promote their children’s development, select baby and toddler items for their children, and connect with other local organizations and community resources that can expand their support network.

In 2021 we have supported ‘Room To Grow’ with 15,000 pacifiers to give comfort to the babies that are a part of the program.

17th November is a special day, World Prematurity Day, a global movement to raise awareness of premature birth and the sometimes devastating impact it can have on families. Where you aware that 1 in 10 babies is born preterm worldwide and that preterm birth and its complications are the largest contributors to infant death globally?
Every year we support several hospitals with pacifiers to support this special
day, among others Laurentius Hospital in the Netherlands, the Danish hospitals Herlev Hospital, and Herning Hospital.

Egmontgården is a crisis center for abused women and vulnerable families. We were contacted by them, because they needed donations for Christmas presents for the 0-3 year olds. We provided a lot of pacifiers to use during Christmas, and generally throughout the year.
