How do I pause my subscription?
1. Log in to your account, and click Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you would like to pause.
3. Under Manage subscription, click Pause subscription.
4. Confirm by cliking on the Pause subscription button
How do I skip an upcoming delivery?
1. Log in to your account, and click Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you would like to skip.
3. Under Manage subscription, click Skip next order
3. Under Upcoming order, click Skip.
4. Confirm to skip your next order by clicking on the Skip button
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Log in to your account, and click Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you would like to cancel.
3. Click on View subscription details.
4. To cancel your subscription, click on the Cancel subscription button.
5. To confirm your choice, click on the Cancel subscription button and your subscription will be cancelled
Which products should be replaced every few weeks?
We recommend replacing all pacifiers and bottle nipples every 4-6 weeks, or at the first sign of wear and tear.
