Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days (excluding the original shipping and handling fees), provided they are in new or unused/unopened condition with all original product inserts and accessories.

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Please return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the items you prefer.
Wo kann ich meine Bestellung verfolgen?
Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post. Once it arrives in your country, it will be handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. You can continue to track your package using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Änderungen an Schnuller- & Flaschensaugern
If your pacifier or bottle nipple appears larger than usual or shows any signs of change, this is a sign it has been used for too long and should be replaced immediately. For proper hygiene and safety, all nipples should be replaced every 4-6 weeks or at the first sign of wear and tear.
